First, of all Mrs. Donna is a Saint. She went out of her way to help me when every other place I looked at was very cold and off-putting. They acted as if I was just another number and looked at me as just money coming in. Mrs. Donna took time and explained to me every aspect of the process. Very clean facility, the bathroom that has outside access was immaculate. Easy to get to storage units. Great place. Thank you Donna for your help.

The woman at the front desk is exceptional! She is knowledgeable, friendly and has patience. You would have thought she owned the facility. Plus everything is well maintained and clean.

My wife and I needed short term storage for an upcoming move and tried a few other local facilities but none were open. We decided to check out the relatively new City Storage and were so thankful we didnt go anywhere else before stopping there. The facility is new and very well maintained with climate controlled options available. Ms Donna was working the front desk and was very helpful. She explained all options and when and how we can access unit. Our encounter with her made the stress of the move disappear and helped us feel better about putting our household goods into storage. We chose a climate controlled unit so we felt better about our things in a storage facilities. This is a secure sight and very easy to load and unload material into the unit. The price was reasonable and was given a veterans discount. I would recommend City Storage to anyone looking for a clean safe facility that is well maintained. I now toot my air horn on my truck at Ms Donna when driving past. Great place.
